Hear what past students are saying...

"RASA offers precise technical instruction, sweet heart teaching of myth, mudra and mantra, and deep, soulful connection to philosophy that will not only open, but EXPAND your heart offering to the world. I came to the program to grow and refine as a teacher but I found that the growth came from the very source within the essence of me...the sweet RASA within."

-Donna Seed

"Rasa Yoga had me falling in love with this path of yoga over and over again.  It will with you, too!"

-Nancy Dales, ERY-500

"I have been faced with so many parts of myself and that I’ve met myself in 10,000 different forms. I have renewed a relationship with myself at a very deep level that’s going to move into my life at home."

-Jackie Paulson

I didn't realize that I had been a Rasa Yogi my entire life until the first day of my 200-Hour Teacher Training with Greta Hill. I felt safe. I felt seen. I felt at home for maybe the first time ever. Sianna, Greta, the teachings of Rasa, and the dear friendships I've made have been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I am incredibly grateful and humbled by the courageous and heartfelt path that Rasa Yoga has empowered me to walk.
