Hear what past students are saying...

I landed in London Rasa Yoga 300hrs.Teacher Training in February 2020 and it was like a gathering, a homecoming to all aspects of my Yoga.

The experience of living in our group was astoundingly profound in ALLways. You are immersed in a unique experience of Rasa Yoga ~ daily mantra meditation sadhana, yoga practice, and tantric philosophy.  There is also the incredible bonding, the friendships, the culture of appreciation within the group plus all that vividly wants to surface from inside you…all that fuel and food for your evolvement, for your transformation personally and collectively.

Rasa Yoga is a great gift for the soul. Rasa Yoga honours the tradition & lineage of Yoga and also embraces Shadow work, Ritual, individual creativity and accountability, community collaboration and a deep reverence for the Earth.  You are living and learning through your Yoga daily. Inside the group you are showing up and allowing the yoga stories, the life stories, asanas, mudras, mantras, mythology, pranayama and shadow work, to flow in and through you and your practice.

My training is illuminating, magical and enriching. It is giving me a deep understanding of Yoga, the courage to express my voice and soulful creativity and it is raising me up to tap into the essence of my true nature and my potential as a fully embodied teacher. If Yoga is your path then say YES to Rasa Yoga to weave these teachings into your life for your own transformation and evolvement and ultimately for the benefit of all beings.

~Annet R.

I didn't realize that I had been a Rasa Yogi my entire life until the first day of my 200-Hour Teacher Training with Greta Hill. I felt safe. I felt seen. I felt at home for maybe the first time ever. Sianna, Greta, the teachings of Rasa, and the dear friendships I've made have been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I am incredibly grateful and humbled by the courageous and heartfelt path that Rasa Yoga has empowered me to walk.

-Drew R.

"My experience with Rasa Yoga Training was transformative. As a black woman, I was drawn to their active role in social justice and cultural appreciation vs appropriation. Their all-encompassing training program was exactly what my soul needed. My whole world has shifted to higher states of consciousness since I completed their training. Their genuine allyship inspires me to be the best yogi I can be both in teaching and in my own practice. Greta and Sianna are truly a gift to humanity. I’m so grateful to share this time and space with these women."

-Irie L.

I completed my 200hr Rasa Yoga Teacher Training in Seattle with Greta in February of 2019. When I signed up for the Rasa YTT, I knew I was going to be in for a special experience, but I had no idea just how profound the transformation would be. Greta is truly a masterful teacher, but she'd never tell you that because she is so humble in her service of the whole! Greta's teachings are immensely heart-expanding (both physically and spiritually), all while being rooted in a clear dedication to the traditions of this sacred practice. She beautifully inspires her students to show up fully and to be compassionate along the way. I left my YTT with a newfound sense of confidence, a refinement of my passion to serve others through my creativity, and a global yoga family.

In addition, I just completed the Rasa Online Yoga Teacher Training with Sianna in 2020, which was another incredible experience. I have always been hesitant to take trainings online because I am such a physical person, but this training blew all of my expectations out of the water. I have taken multiple workshops from Sianna in person as well, and I can tell you that you don't lose any of the magic in her teachings in the online format. Sianna is a brilliant storyteller with a massive heart. Even online, Sianna has this way of making each member of her community feel so specifically seen for each of their individual gifts. Sianna has taught me many things, one of them being the power of the collective.

One of my favorite elements of Rasa is the commitment to serve the benefit of all beings through the lens of Social Justice. Never has this felt more important, and it is truly what Yoga is all about. Through Shadow Work, holding ourselves accountable, and taking clear action, Greta and Sianna show us time and time again that any world we can dream up is possible. This lens has helped me trust my teachers and their intentions, made me feel completely welcome, and has fed a sense of purpose greater than myself in the way our collective comes together and teaches.

The Tantric teachings of Rasa have taught me how radically embrace the whole of who I am and how to lead my life from a place of Fearless Love. To say I am grateful for this experience would be a massive understatement. Rasa Yoga didn't just help me become a yoga teacher, Rasa Yoga completely up-leveled my life. I am so proud to be a member of this Collective, a Rasika: one who does the work and is open to extract the blessing energy out of each and every experience of this life.
